Gentleman Joe cancelled “fraccing” his first day in the saddle, limiting future domestic oil production, raising the price of crude oil — “Voila”, the price of gasoline in Billings is up 20 cents a gallon. Dear Editor, The virus beat Trump. Many (maybe most) states mailed ballots to all registered voters (so they wouldn’t have to go out to vote and risk getting sick) whether they wanted to vote (asked for absentee ballots) or not.
